This page supplements the Terms of service. It does not replace the seller identity, support address or other facts that must be supplied by ASTERKIND .
Brand and website materials
The website’s source code, design, arrangement, text, graphics, photography, logos, product presentation and other materials are owned by or licensed to the seller and may be protected by copyright, trademark, design, trade-dress and other laws. Access to the website does not transfer ownership.
You may view the site, place orders and retain copies of your own transaction records for personal use. You may not reproduce, publish, frame, mirror, scrape at scale, create derivative commercial material from, or use ASTERKIND identifiers in advertising or domain names without permission or another legal basis.
Product authenticity and third-party sellers
ASTERKIND is responsible for orders accepted through this website. We do not authenticate goods offered by unaffiliated marketplaces or resellers and do not authorize another seller merely because it uses an ASTERKIND name, image or product description. Returns for purchases made elsewhere must be directed to the original seller.
Reporting infringement
To report material that you believe infringes copyright, trademark or another right, use Customer support is temporarily unavailable or contact & order help with the subject line “Legal notice” and provide:
- your name and contact information;
- identification of the protected work, mark or right;
- the exact page address and material at issue;
- an explanation of the claimed infringement;
- a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith; and
- proof of authority if you act for the rights owner.
We may request additional information, preserve relevant records, remove or restrict material, or forward the report and contact information where reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim or comply with law. Knowingly false reports may create liability.
Feedback and unsolicited ideas
We welcome practical feedback about products, accessibility and service. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, feedback is not confidential and may be used to improve the store without payment or attribution. This does not authorize publication of personal information or transfer ownership of confidential material.
Do not send an unsolicited product design, campaign, invention or other idea if you expect it to remain confidential or to create a compensation obligation.
No patent claim
The website does not currently identify an ASTERKIND product as covered by a specific patent. No patent notice from another retailer should be understood as applying to ASTERKIND goods.
Formal and regulatory notices
Customer-care email is appropriate for ordinary orders, privacy requests and accessibility reports. A subpoena, court paper, regulatory notice or other formal legal process must be served through a method permitted by applicable law. Sending it to customer care does not waive a legally required method of service.
Contact
Use contact & order help and clearly identify the type of notice. Never include a PayPal password, one-time code or complete payment credential.
