About these terms
These terms apply when you browse ASTERKIND or place an order. The legal seller is ASTERKIND . By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.
Products
We aim to present products, colors, measurements and prices accurately. Screen settings can affect color appearance. Availability may change before payment is completed, and placing an item in the bag does not reserve it.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Delivery charges and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Payment is handled through PayPal, subject to PayPal’s terms and eligibility checks.
Orders
Submitting payment is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. The order is accepted when dispatch is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order for availability, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention or delivery restrictions.
Delivery
Delivery regions, rates and estimates are stated in the shipping policy. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and for reviewing order details before payment.
Returns
Eligibility, timing, condition requirements and refund processing are stated in returns & refunds. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Website use
You may use the site for personal shopping and customer-care purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse checkout, scrape protected content at scale or use ASTERKIND branding or content without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was accepted. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable rights relating to faulty goods.
Updates
We may update these terms when the store, services or legal requirements change. The version that applies to an order is the version available when the order is submitted.
