This policy applies to purchases made through this website. It forms part of the Terms of service. The seller is ASTERKIND .
Only the original purchaser or a person authorized by the purchaser may request a return. Proof of purchase from this website is required. Items bought from an unaffiliated marketplace, reseller or other retailer must be returned to that seller under its policy.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the carrier records the order as delivered. After receiving return instructions, send the item promptly and within any deadline stated in those instructions.
Return eligibility and exclusions
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, an item must be:
- unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free from damage, odor or signs of use;
- returned with all original tags, accessories and protective packaging; and
- accompanied by the order number and the return instructions issued by customer care.
Footwear may be tried on indoors on a clean surface only. The original shoe box must be returned undamaged inside a separate shipping carton; do not attach a shipping label directly to the shoe box.
Gift cards, personalized items, items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” before purchase, and items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. An item sold at a promotional price is not automatically final sale unless that restriction was clearly shown before purchase.
These exclusions do not apply where the item is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or incorrectly supplied, or where applicable law otherwise requires a remedy.
Starting a return
Use contact & order help and provide:
- the order number;
- the item and quantity to be returned;
- the reason for the return; and
- photos when the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Wait for return instructions before shipping. The instructions will identify the approved return location and any reference that must appear on the parcel. Returns sent to an unapproved address may be delayed, rejected or lost. Do not combine products from different orders in one parcel unless the return instructions expressly allow it.
Return shipping and responsibility
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Use a tracked service, package the item securely and keep the shipping receipt until the refund is complete. We are not responsible for a return that is lost or damaged before it reaches the approved return location.
If we confirm that an item was faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a prepaid method or reimburse reasonable return shipping as stated in the return instructions.
Inspection
We inspect returned items after arrival. If a return does not meet this policy, we will explain the reason and may decline the refund. Where practical and lawful, you may be asked to pay the cost of sending an ineligible item back to you.
We may refuse a return, suspend return privileges or investigate where there is reasonable evidence of return fraud, wardrobing, altered receipts, empty or substituted parcels, abusive conduct or repeated policy misuse. This does not remove a remedy required for a genuinely faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect item.
Refund amount
For an approved change-of-mind return, the refund covers the price paid for the returned item and any applicable tax attributable to that item. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
For a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, the available remedy may include a replacement or a refund of the item price, applicable tax and relevant delivery charges. If we cancel an unshipped order because we cannot meet the promised shipping time, the refund covers all amounts paid for the cancelled goods, including associated delivery charges.
No refund will exceed the amount actually paid for the affected item or order. Discounts are allocated across the applicable items when calculating a partial refund.
If a return reduces an order below a disclosed free-shipping or promotion threshold, we do not retroactively charge the original standard delivery fee unless that consequence was clearly stated in the promotion before purchase.
Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. PayPal, a card issuer or a financial institution may take additional time to post the credit. We cannot redirect a refund to a different account or payment method.
If a refund has not appeared 10 business days after we confirm it was submitted, use contact & order help with the order number. This policy does not limit any dispute or chargeback rights provided by PayPal, a card issuer or applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred size or color. Inventory and prices may change before the new order is placed.
Gifts and store credit
The website does not currently issue gift receipts, gift cards or store credit. An eligible return is refunded to the original payment method used by the purchaser. A recipient should coordinate with the purchaser or contact customer care before sending anything back.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, and keep the item, packaging and shipping label until the review is complete. The 7-day request is intended to help us investigate carrier or packing issues; it does not remove legal rights that apply after that period.
Order cancellation before dispatch
Use contact & order help immediately if you want to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment has begun. If cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, the refund is submitted to the original payment method. Shipping-delay cancellation rights are described in the shipping policy.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law gives you a better remedy, that law controls.
