Do not sell or share
ASTERKIND does not currently:
- sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration;
- share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
- use third-party advertising trackers on the storefront;
- use personal information for targeted advertising or qualifying profiling; or
- knowingly sell or share personal information about anyone under 16.
There is therefore no current sale or sharing from which a visitor needs to opt out. We will not treat a request as marketing consent.
If these practices change, we will update the Privacy notice, provide any required preference control before the new practice begins and honor legally recognized universal opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Sensitive personal information
The storefront does not intentionally collect government identifiers, precise geolocation, biometric templates, health information or complete payment credentials. Contact, delivery, authentication and transaction information is used only for the purposes described in the Privacy notice. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about customers.
Financial incentives
ASTERKIND does not currently offer loyalty points, referral credits, subscription discounts or another financial incentive in exchange for personal information.
Submit a privacy request
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy; ask for information about collection and disclosure; withdraw consent; or appeal a prior decision.
Use Customer support is temporarily unavailable or contact & order help with the subject line “Privacy request.” Include:
- the privacy right you want to exercise;
- the email address used for the order or request;
- the relevant order number, if any; and
- whether you are acting for yourself or as an authorized agent.
Do not send a password, full payment number, government identifier or other unrequested sensitive information. We may request proportionate information to verify identity or authority before disclosing or changing records.
Non-discrimination and appeals
We will not unlawfully discriminate because you exercised a privacy right. If a request is denied, we will provide the reason and any appeal method required by applicable law. You may also contact the privacy or consumer-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
