Where we deliver
ASTERKIND checkout currently supports valid residential and business addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer delivery to P.O. boxes, U.S. territories or international destinations.
Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched.

Express delivery does not shorten order processing time. Service may be limited for remote addresses or during carrier disruptions.
Tracking
When the order is dispatched, tracking is recorded with the order and provided through the customer-care channel you are using. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the carrier receives the parcel.
Address changes
Review the address carefully before payment. If something is wrong, use contact & order help immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins and cannot replace an order delivered to the address submitted at checkout.
Delays, loss or damage
Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. If tracking has not updated for five business days, or a parcel arrives damaged, use contact & order help with the order number and clear photos where relevant. We will review the carrier record and available resolution.
